- How do I request a refund?

If you need a refund for a physical product please careful read the Nikon Store Return Policy and contact Customer Service.
There are no refunds on digitally downloadable software.
For your convenience, Trial versions of all software can be found: http://www.nikonusa.com/download. We strongly recommend that you download a trial version before making a digital downloadable software purchase to be sure it meets your needs.

- How do I cancel my order?

Our orders are processed for shipment immediately upon completion of the credit card verification and cannot be cancelled. Please contact Nikon Store Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that the package can be returned to us after you receive it.

- When will my credit appear on my credit card?
- Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).

- How do I cancel an auto-renew subscription?
- To cancel your subscription order, please send a cancellation request to Customer Service. You will need to enter your order number, select the "Subscription Request" subject, then select "Please cancel auto-renew on my subscription."

- What is your policy on cancelled subscriptions?
- Shoppers (subscribers) will receive the subscription service for the full time period for which they have paid, even if the auto-renewal option is cancelled. Cancelling the auto-renewal on a monthly subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following month but the subscriber will continue to receive the subscription until that time. Similarly, cancelling an annual auto-renew subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following year but a subscriber will continue to receive the subscription for the remainder of the year.
